What I can offer:
Coaching for leaders in special schools
Coaching and mentoring for middle leaders in special schools
Coaching for individual SENCos and Teachers in Charge or groups of SENCos and Teachers in Charge
Coaching and mentoring for teachers, including Early Career Teachers, around themes of inclusion.
Coaching and mentoring for local authority SEND officers.
I am also experienced in working with leadership teams to bring about changes in schools as organisations, and can offer bespoke sessions to different groups within a school.
I have a bread of professional experience to draw upon and a deep understanding of the rewards, responsibilities and complexities of working within the field, especially following the pandemic.
I can offer online sessions or face to face work in your setting.

Coaching for individuals
What I will bring to you:
You are the expert in yourself. You have the answers, the commitment and the motivation, but sometimes it’s hard to find it.
Together we will explore your questions, work out what is really important to you and negotiate a way through- so you get what you need in a way that is realistic.
I am positive, reflective, authentic and very down to earth.
I always believe that you can make the changes you want to make, we just need to find out how.

Neurodivergence including autism and ADHD
Habits that are no longer healthy

This is not an exhaustive list and I do not have a “niche” I am interested in my clients as whole people who want to gain clarity in an area of their life.
My approach:
We will work at your pace
I will ask you questions and sometimes offer ideas- you can accept or reject
You are always in control, I will never assume a position of power
You do not need “fixing” and I am not the “expert”.
We will work together as equals until you want to stop.
